The new series of works by Ramina Saadatkhan, created for the exhibition “Fire, Water and Kisses”, is a poetic attempt to touch the primordial and the essential – the elements that cleanse the soul and bring us closer to understanding the language of the body.
Water, with its eternal fluidity, symbolizes peace, teaching us to resolve problems without violence or conflict. It shows us how to act in harmony with the world around us, rather than against it. Water embodies openness – despite constant change, it adapts, embraces transformation, and invites us to do the same. Humility, harmony, and openness are its eternal lessons.
Our bodies consist of water, yet our souls are made of fire – born from it and destined to return to it. Fire, like water, is a living element in constant transformation. Their eternal interplay represents the dialectics of life itself: a cosmos where struggle, renewal, and unity of opposites coexist.
Through “Fire, Water and Kisses”, Ramina reflects on the dialogue between body and spirit, between elements and emotions, inviting viewers into a universe of contrasts where harmony is born from eternal movement.
